Sharing Content
Any content may be shared between users. To enable sharing, a user can simply assign more rights to the other users or groups. this is done under the 'sharing' tab.

Here you can see which roles are already assigned to whom, remove users or groups, or grant access to other users or groups.
Under the heading 'Add sharing permissions to users' an owner of the content can search and select other users or groups of users to assign a local role to. These are the current roles available:
* Anonymous :Any user who hasn't logged in.
* Authenticated :Any user that has logged in.
NOTE: All users may have one or more roles assigned to them. The above two are not-assignable roles, and thus all users fall under one of the two classes.
* Manager :Administrator of the plone site.
* Reviewer :User with more permissions than a Member (most notably the right to publish content), but less than a Manager (not allowed to the site-setup).
* Member :Default role of Authenticated users.
* Owner :The user that has created any type of content. Owners have access to the content's edit, properties, and sharing pages.
